NE DHHS - Platte CountyKarter is a very resilient boy who is always looking at the positives in a situation. He enjoys chatting with others, playing with his siblings (they are extremely bonded), and playing video games. Karter is very intelligent when it comes to pleasing others emotionally.
Karter is eager for a new 20-inch bike to zoom around with his brother, Buck, and friends this spring and summer! His old bike is a goner, but a fresh ride will have him racing outside, leaving the TV and video games behind. Plus, biking will help tire him out for a better night’s sleep. Buck's ready for a bike too, so the brothers can hit the trails together! Let the adventures begin!
