Hannah's Children's HomesVincent has been in care with his foster family since November 2017 due to general neglect and physical abuse he was experiencing in his home. Vincent displays various developmental delays. He has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and he attends a special education preschool to help him with his speech, physical and cognitive development. He is still not very verbal and he needs a lot of structure as he has difficulty communicating and interacting with other people. His foster parents have provided him with a safe, loving and stimulating home environment and although he continues to have a lot of limitations, he is thriving. Vincent has a strong attachment to using his foster mom’s cell phone and tablets and shows strength in learning how to use electronic devices.
Vincent has recently discovered a newfound passion for gaming, immersing himself in the vibrant worlds and exciting challenges that games offer. Over the past few months, he has been sharing an old Nintendo Game Boy with friends, revisiting classic titles that have sparked his interest. As the holiday season approaches, Vincent has been dreaming about the possibilities of modern gaming. This year for Christmas, he has set his heart on receiving an upgraded gaming console that he can take with him wherever he goes. He believes that a Nintendo Switch would be the perfect gift, allowing him to enjoy a wide range of games both at home and on the move. With its versatile features and impressive library, the Nintendo Switch would truly make Vincent's gaming dreams come true, giving him the opportunity to explore new adventures and connect with friends in exciting ways.
