He is committed to breaking the cycle of generational trauma with his friends and loved ones. Passionate about gaming and computers, T is quiet but often brightens the room with a funny joke or quip. A dedicated member of the Bravehearts, he rarely misses meetings. Recently, T obtained his security license and started a new job with the help of his Braveheart mentor!
When we asked our youth participants about their holiday wishes, Tamar's stood out. He was hesitant to share, as he rarely received gifts. After some encouragement, he wished for an Xbox to play online with friends. This gift would bring him joy and turn years of disappointment into excitement on Christmas morning—something every child deserves.
