Thankfully, the surgery was successful, and now he needs to attend regular doctor's appointments to ensure he heals properly. As winter approaches, Jen has been facing significant issues with her car's brakes and heating system. While she was fortunate to receive some funds to help with repairs, she still needs additional money to cover the cost of fixing the front and back brakes and restoring heat. With her current low income, Jen plans to take on another job once her son fully recovers. Being a single mom and a survivor of domestic violence has placed a heavy burden on Jen, but she remains optimistic and determined to get back on her feet financially.
