Therapeutic Interagency ProgramOyler is a sweet boy with big, bright eyes. He was born positive to substances, so he has struggled in some of his development, but has a sweet personality. He loves to eat and take walks outside when the weather is nice.
Oyler has had to overcome a lot of obstacles in his short life, and each day is one to celebrate with him! So his birthday is an extra special day so that everyone who loves him can remember how special he is. He will have so much fun with this Little People barn when he opens it. He is having more fun with toys as he is getting older, and this will be a very fun one for him for a long time!
