CASA IL - DuPage CountyChloe is in foster care, but luckily resides with her grandmother who loves her with all her heart. Chloe's mother has significant mental health issues that make it impossible for her to care for Chloe. Grandmother works full-time at a grocery store and provides for all of Chloe's needs. Chloe's favorite part of school is recess.
This winter in northern Illinois has been particularly cold! Unfortunately, Chloe hasn't been allowed to go outside for recess because she doesn't have properly fitting gear. To join her friends in playing in the cold and snow, she needs a good pair of gloves. With the right gear, she can fully enjoy her time outdoors.
