Athena is an energetic, inquisitive, and resilient girl. Athena is in foster care with her older sister and luckily, they were placed together in the same foster home. Athena loves butterflies, playing outside, and being creative. Athena is a beautiful little girl, inside and out.

Athena and her older sister have recently entered foster care with no personal belongings, making their transition even more challenging. To help make their new bedroom in the foster home feel more like home, the sisters expressed a strong desire for a bunk bed. Athena fondly remembers having a bunk bed at her old house and believes it would bring back a sense of normalcy and comfort after a traumatic month for both of them. She shares that her favorite activity with her bunk bed was to "make a fort!" This bunk bed would not only provide the girls with comfort but also inspire hours of imaginative play and fort-building, allowing them to create a warm and welcoming space in their new environment.
