Shauntay is an incredible young woman who has overcome significant hardships in her life. During her childhood, she faced many challenges within her family of origin, which ultimately led to her placement in the foster care system. Despite these difficult experiences, Shauntay has shown remarkable resilience and strength as she has aged out of the system.

Shauntay is finally enrolled in a GED class and is determined to pass her test this year. To achieve her goal, she plans to practice as much as possible. She’s particularly excited about using the most updated version of Kaplan's renowned GED test prep book, believing it will enhance her chances of success. The inclusion of practice tests has her feeling optimistic, as she is confident that they will help her build confidence and perform better on the actual exam.
