Cooper is a sweet boy with lots of energy who is living with his grandparents since he was 3 months old when his parents ran into substance abuse issues. Despite the challenges he's faced, he remains cheerful and active. His grandparents provide a stable and loving environment for him and his brother. Cooper loves playing outdoors and loves playing soccer! However, recently Carter was diagnosed with perthes disease that now has him confined to a wheelchair. His brothers keep him busy, but its tough for this little guy to not be able to move around with them.

Cooper wants to go to Dutch Wonderland because it's a place where he can enjoy the day like every other kid, despite being in a wheelchair due to his Perthes disease. He knows the park is accessible for guests with disabilities, so he feels confident that he can still enjoy all the rides and activities. Cooper asked his grandparents if they could take him for his birthday, as he wants to make the most of his special day and have fun without limitations. More than anything, he just wants to feel like a regular kid, having a great time with his family!
