Luciana migrated from Peru a few years ago and has been working diligently to obtain her GED. She was forced to leave school in the third grade, but she is eager to gain more knowledge with the goal of becoming a nurse. As a survivor of domestic violence and child abuse, she hopes to one day advocate for other young people who have experienced similar challenges.

Luciana is working hard to grow her nail business while also taking GED and ESL classes. She often stays out late with different activities that keep her busy. She dreams of having an electric bike to make her travel easier and quicker. This would help her manage her busy life better and let her explore her community more easily.
