Harleen has been in foster care since she was six months old because of neglect. She has two siblings and has moved to several homes, but she has now found her forever family and is in the process of being adopted. Harleen has formed a strong bond with her new parents, feeling safe and loved. She is a happy, smart, and energetic toddler who brings a lot of joy to her family. They can’t imagine their life without her.

Harleen has been placed in foster care and is on the path to adoption. She is thriving in her current placement, although she does experience developmental delays. Despite her delays, she has learned to express her emotions through self-expression. Harleen loves to sing and dance. Harleen would enjoy having a karaoke machine that will create a fun space during active play and will encourage her to continue developing coping skills to express her emotions through music and dance.
