Tackle box bag for JR so he is prepared for his fishing trip

JR is hoping to get a fishing tackle bag. He has a special fishing trip planned with a group of friends and is really looking forward to it. He made the honor roll in school and would love to celebrate his accomplishments by fishing with his friends. The fishing trip is scheduled for April 19, but he would like to pack and prepare early if possible.
JR is 15 years old and lives in NC
JR is a bouncy young man that loves to play outside and getting dirty. His favorite color is orange and he likes spending his time watching movies. JR also enjoys puzzles, video games, remote control cars, and dirt bikes. He is a high paced high energy kind of guy that loves being on the go. He is in long term foster care and has adjusted well.
