Blake has been in foster care for several years. He appears quiet and well-mannered, but when a topic he enjoys comes up, he lights up and engages enthusiastically in conversation. Blake excels academically and participates in various extracurricular activities. Outside of school, he enjoys using electronics and is a big fan of dinosaurs and Pokémon.

Blake wants a bank with a lock to securely store his monthly allowance as he works on saving money. He is requesting this after an unfortunate incident at school. Blake had thought it would be safer to take his money to school rather than leave it at home. However, during P.E., another student stole over $100 from his backpack while it was unattended. After this experience, Blake learned that he should avoid bringing large amounts of money to school and is now looking for a secure place to keep his savings.
