To assist him in achieving this goal, we propose providing Richard with a refresher course and access to a driving school vehicle for the day of his road test. This opportunity will not only ensure that he is well-prepared for the exam but also help build his confidence in his driving skills. Richard is 16 years old and lives in NJ
Richard has spent some time in foster care. He is a friendly, caring student who is currently learning essential life skills. In his free time, Richard enjoys watching anime and playing sports with his mom and siblings. He is very family-oriented.
