Tioga County Human Services ATTN: FostercareLiam is a very outgoing boy who has overcome many hardships in his life. He was removed from his home and placed in a kinship foster home. Liam has experienced medical issues, which were exacerbated by his environment. Liam had been separated from his sister but now resides with her in a kinship placement. He is a wonderful kid who can brighten anyone's day with his smile. Liam loves being outdoors, works hard in school, and enjoys fishing.
Liam loves fish! He even has his own little shark in a tank. Liam would really love to have a stuffed redtail catfish to cuddle, as it is his favorite type of fish.
