Elinzon is an amazing young man who is thriving in his foster home. Elinzon didn't speak English when he was placed in foster care, but he has worked so hard, and now English is his second language. Elinzon has worked hard in school. He has taken advantage of every opportunity presented to him while in foster care. Elinzon wants to go to college when he graduates and study fashion design and cosmetology.

Elinzon has put in a tremendous amount of effort in school and is on track to graduate this June. He faced some tough moments due to a language barrier, but his hard work paid off, and he managed to pass all his required English classes. He lives independently through a support program, works part-time, and takes night classes to boost his language skills. Elinzon is proud to be the first person in his family to graduate from high school. He dreams of going to college to study cosmetology. He even found a suit he wants to wear to prom. Going to prom would be a great experience for him, giving him a chance to feel normal, connect with others, and belong somewhere, which is especially important considering the challenges he's been through.
