Fostering Hope - BucksElsie is one of the sweetest little girls you will ever meet. Her eyes light up when she talks to you. She’s been in and out of foster care twice but hopes to be with her current foster family forever, as adoption appears to be in her future. She loves the family cat and adores playing with her older foster siblings.
Elsie admires her older siblings and recently told her foster mom that she wants an Owala water bottle like her teenage foster sister's. Since she loves playing sports, we know this water bottle will be put to good use. Additionally, Elsie is excited to bring it to school once the weather gets warmer. She chose this color because she thinks it looks super preppy.
