Equipping the Called Foster and Crisis ClosetMaylia, who enjoys being called “Princess”, came into her new foster home last summer. Her family is very hopeful they will be able to adopt Maylia in the near future. She is a delight and eager to soak up any new experiences. She was thrilled to begin swim lessons and tumbling classes. Maylia loves to shine and is the star of any show according to her foster mom! She loves unicorns, sparkles and rainbows. Since coming into care, Maylia has made multiple trips to shop at no cost at Equipping the Called Foster Closet. She had everything on her Christmas wish list fulfilled by generous donors at the agency. Maylia was the recipient of a mini scholarship to cover her tumbling lessons.
Maylia loves to climb and play on the jungle gym at school. She doesn’t have any outdoor play equipment at home and would love something in her backyard to use every day. Having fun while improving her strength and coordination will be great for Maylia.
