Matthew is currently placed with one sibling and separated from his older brother. Matthew is in a kinship placement and is thriving. He loves watching TV, eating snacks, and playing outdoors.
Matthew and his younger brother love spending time together, and they love ice cream! A night out for ice cream would be a great opportunity for them to spend time together.
