Foster Parent Association of WilkesTray is a sweet boy who has been through a lot in his short life. He has already undergone heart surgery, eats through a G-tube, and is learning how to eat. It looks like he will be in long-term foster care placement. He is starting to make progress and show much improvement because of the commitment and dedication his foster family has shown. He loves being talked to, cuddling his silky blanket, and being rocked.
Tray wishes for a pair of Spiderman water shoes to wear while playing in the wading creek at the park. These shoes will protect his feet and allow him to have a lot of fun. He also plans to wear the water shoes at the splash pad as soon as it opens.
