Bryan had an electric scooter that he used to do everything he needed. Unfortunately, the rain damaged it. He doesn't drive and would utilize it to get groceries and get around town and school. It lacked safety features, but he made do. Bryan would love help with getting a new scooter. He picked out one that has lighting and safety features that will keep him safe when riding at night on campus, which is a big plus. He cannot afford a new scooter, and being mobile is currently very difficult. Granting this wish will make his life much easier.
