Samson will not receive school supplies unless someone other than his parents purchases them on his behalf. His dad believes that he can go to school without the essentials, often expressing that the household has plenty of plastic bags for him to carry his school supplies. However, Samson deserves the same rights as every other student in the middle school. Even having a binder would significantly help him. He wants a chance for a good start in middle school and would greatly appreciate receiving a three-ring binder with a carrying handle and strap as a graduation gift.
Samson is 11 years old and lives in KS
Samson has had a difficult life. His parents have been apart for years. His mom lives in the same town but rarely invites the kids over, and his dad is too busy to take care of him and his siblings. Although Samson has a huge heart, he lacks a stable and consistent role model outside of school. He loves to play and enjoy being a kid, as there are too many worries awaiting him at home.
