Elisha has been with the same foster family since entering care and hopes to stay with them until he can return home. He is a wonderful kid who is full of energy and is generally happy. However, Elisha does feel sad about his family because he loves and misses them very much. He is learning new skills to help him succeed in his daily life. Elisha enjoys being outdoors, playing, and spending time with friends.

Elisha wishes for a pair of swimming goggles to wear at the pool. He is afraid to get his eyes wet, and goggles will give him the courage to swim underwater. A pair of goggles will allow him to have lots of fun in the sun when school gets out.
