Isabella has an old phone that no longer works for making calls. She has become frustrated with having to use her roommate's phone to handle important tasks, including conversations with her mental health team, social worker, and medical providers. Isabella hopes to get assistance with a phone so she can regain a sense of normalcy while transferring to an arts school in Chicago this summer.
