Killian is a young man who is quiet and reserved. He is respectful and has earned his high school diploma. During his time in care, Killian witnessed firsthand the negative impact that drugs can have on individuals and their relationships. After much reflection and several years in care, he decided to advocate for himself by requesting that there be no contact with his father, due to the toxicity and negative effects that relationship had on his life. Looking ahead, Killian is excited to become a successful young adult. He has recently been accepted into the TLSS program, where he has his own apartment and will learn how to live independently as an adult.

Killian experiences very hot summers in his apartment, and he often struggles to stay cool because the central air conditioning unit doesn’t always function properly. This summer, Killian would like to get a tower fan to help him stay comfortable in his personal space and ensure he gets a good night's sleep.
