Jewel has recently aged out of foster care and is currently enrolled in a local state college, where she is majoring in art. She has faced numerous challenges, including the recent loss of her mother and periods of homelessness. Despite these hardships, Jewel is determined to achieve her goals and graduate from college. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and listening to music.

Jewel is a new college student who is adjusting to the challenges of young adulthood. To help her navigate her busy schedule and get to and from school more efficiently, she wishes for an electric scooter. Currently, Jewel has to walk several miles to class after getting off the city bus, which can be quite exhausting. An electric scooter would make her daily commute much easier and allow her to explore other areas around the city with greater ease.
