Killian is a young man who is quiet and reserved. He is respectful and has earned his high school diploma. During his time in care, Killian witnessed firsthand the negative impact that drugs can have on individuals and their relationships. After much reflection and several years in care, he decided to advocate for himself by requesting that there be no contact with his father, due to the toxicity and negative effects that relationship had on his life. Looking ahead, Killian is excited to become a successful young adult. He has recently been accepted into the TLSS program, where he has his own apartment and will learn how to live independently as an adult.

Killian recently received his bicycle and has begun riding it to and from work. He has been assigned to the second shift, which raises safety concerns. That's why he is requesting high-visibility vest attachments to wear over his clothing while cycling. This will make sure that people can see him while he rides in the dark.
