Joseph entered foster care with only the clothes he was wearing, and would be so grateful for some new clothes to get him through the rest of the school year and the upcoming summer. Having had very few belongings before coming into care, this wish would provide him with essential items much sooner than the state's standard clothing allowance process. This would make a real difference for him right now.
