Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter has dedicated himself throughout the semester to maintaining positive behavior, demonstrating growth, responsibility, and self-control. His consistent efforts have been truly commendable and have not gone unnoticed. To celebrate his progress, a special snack pack would be a fun and encouraging gesture.
