Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationCage spent 18 months in foster care while his mom worked toward reunification. During that time he formed a real bond with his foster family who never stopped showing up for him. He is energetic and fun-loving and has been through enough to know how much it means to finally belong somewhere.
Cage and his sister are both going to summer camp this year for all things outdoors. He is so excited to swim, learn about nature, and get to experience his first overnight camp. Cage is in need of a pair of shoes that will be suitable for all things outdoors, and he would like his own pair of Crocs.
