Samiyah is the oldest of four and is like a second mother to them. She is very protective and often gives up having fun with her friends to take care of her siblings. She enjoys hanging with her friends when she can, likes to go to sports games at school, and used to be a cheerleader. She enjoys watching movies with her siblings.

Samiyah is living with her grandparents while she finishes high school and takes college classes. Even though she's just a junior, she's on track to earn an Associate's Degree because of her dual enrollment! At first, she was shy about going to prom, but with her friends' encouragement, she's now really excited to join in the fun! She found a gorgeous black dress that will make her feel like a princess. Samiyah can’t wait to look amazing at prom and have a great time with her friends!
