Foster Parent Association of WilkesChristopher spent some time in foster care, but he has now been moved to a kinship placement to provide him with a more permanent and stable environment. He is a very active boy who is constantly talking, bouncing around, and playing on the playground. Christopher loves being outside, often running around without his shoes, and he enjoys relaxing by watching cartoons. He does well in school and almost always makes the honor roll.
Christopher longs for a new raincoat that will allow him to venture outside even when it's raining. He has outgrown his old raincoat, which now keeps him from enjoying outdoor play and activities. A new raincoat would enable him to stay dry and continue his adventures, no matter the weather.
