Tioga County Human Services ATTN: FostercareLiam is a very outgoing boy who has overcome many hardships in his life. He was removed from his home and placed in a kinship foster home. Liam has experienced medical issues, which were exacerbated by his environment. Liam had been separated from his sister but now resides with her in a kinship placement. He is a wonderful kid who can brighten anyone's day with his smile. Liam loves being outdoors, works hard in school, and enjoys fishing.
Liam loves building Legos and enjoys a good challenge when it comes to putting them together. He is also a big fan of Star Wars. Receiving the amazing Millennium Falcon for his birthday would be such a special gift. He will definitely be jumping up and down when he opens it!
