Tony is a happy go lucky aged out foster kid who is struggling to make it in life. He has had so many losses and lived in so many homes he had become homeless and has tried hard to get straightened out. He recently got his drivers licenses and completed his GED. He is so proud of these huge accomplishment! He still struggles with housing and is afraid of becoming homeless. He recently enrolled in the criminal justice program at the Community College and hopes to better himself.

For his birthday, Tony is wishing for a fan in his bedroom to help him cope with the sweltering summer heat. The air conditioner just isn't cutting it, leaving him restless at night. A fan would provide the gentle breeze he needs, making it easier for him to relax and stay comfortable for the remainder of the season.
