Tara has been working on maintaining her physical health and eating healthy. She wants to start exercising more, but as a single working mom, she struggles to find the time. Tara would love to have a stationary bike at home to support her in getting physical activity. She knows that incorporating even short workouts into her routine can make a big difference in her energy levels.
