Jasmine is an energetic and determined young lady who lives with her grandmother. She refuses to let challenges slow her down. Jasmine loves spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, and dancing to music. She has Down syndrome and looks forward to participating in the Special Olympics each year, where she thrives on teamwork and encouragement.

Jasmine's family has recently been impacted by the flooding in Texas, which has left them with very little. Almost everything she owned was washed away, and now she is in need of a new pair of shoes. Having new shoes would really help her as she tries to get a fresh start after this difficult experience.
