Danny has always been the kind of person who lights up a room. He's quick with a joke and generous with a smile. He's respectful and known by his friends as "the guy who brings the sunshine - rain or shine" But behind his easy laughter is a story of resilience. Growing up in foster care, bouncing between homes until he aged out, he knows that his only way out is through post-secondary education.

Danny looks at the world differently. While some see things as they are, he sees what they could be. For him, every sound is a chance to create something new, and every image is a blank canvas for expression. Whether he's working on sketches for an animation, layering tracks for a song, or designing digital art, creating is what fuels him. Having grown up in foster care, Danny has always turned to creativity to process his emotions and deal with life's challenges. Art and music have allowed him to express himself when words weren’t enough and have inspired him to envision a bright future. Unfortunately, his laptop, which he relied on for school and his creative projects, has stopped working.
