Jen is a dedicated mother who loves spending time with her children, reading to them, and enjoying outdoor activities. While not currently employed, Jen is focused on her education and enjoys reading, listening to gospel music, and staying active.

Jen is a remarkable young woman and a survivor of domestic violence who aged out of foster care. She often reflects on her life’s experiences and hopes that her children won’t remember the trauma of their past or carry that pain into their future. This is why Jen works hard to create positive memories with her kids. Unfortunately, due to limited means and resources, she hasn't been able to do much with them this summer. It would mean the world to her to take her children to a water park, where they can play, forget their troubles, and just be kids. At the water park, they could splash around, race down water slides, and enjoy the simple joy of being together, creating laughter and lasting memories. The bright sun and the excitement of the rides would remind them that happy moments can still exist.
