She loves dancing to her favorite songs, playing pretend with her stuffed animals and dolls, and is especially fond of Mickey, Minnie, Moana, and all things Disney. Her bright spirit, strength, and imagination inspire everyone who knows her.

Joelle has been in foster care her entire life, and she is about to experience a very special milestone—she's being adopted! To celebrate this joyous occasion, her adoptive family wants to gift her a membership to the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. This membership will provide countless learning opportunities for the family, as the museum is filled with interactive play areas that offer children a safe space to explore, imagine, and develop. Throughout the year, they will create lasting memories together, strengthening their bond and deepening their connection as a family.
