Michael is a bright and upbeat young man who spreads joy to everyone around him. Despite facing some tough times, including being in foster care, he always shows incredible strength and kindness. Now that he’s in a more stable home, he’s excited to enjoy being a kid again. He loves basketball and spends a lot of time practicing his shots and moves on the court, where he feels happy and confident. Michael also enjoys gaming, where he can dive into new adventures and connect with friends, helping him build friendships and a sense of belonging.

Michael has started school, but he doesn't have the basic supplies he needs to start the year off right. He was given a list of supplies he will need this year. Without notebooks, pencils, folders, and other essentials, it can be harder for him to stay organized, complete assignments, and feel confident in class. Having the right supplies will not only help Michael keep up with his studies but will also give him the chance to focus on learning instead of worrying about what he’s missing.
