Liam is a very outgoing boy who has overcome many hardships in his life. He was removed from his home and placed in a kinship foster home. Liam has experienced medical issues, which were exacerbated by his environment. Liam had been separated from his sister but now resides with her in a kinship placement. He is a wonderful kid who can brighten anyone's day with his smile. Liam loves being outdoors, works hard in school, and enjoys fishing.

Liam's favorite activity is going fishing. Every time he spends time with his parents, he eagerly asks to head out to the water. Fishing has become a special way for them to bond during their visits. Liam dreams of getting new fishing lures that he can use while enjoying these moments with his parents as they work towards reuniting.
