Sonja is a very bright young lady and full of energy. She keeps a smile on her face even when the family's finances are not the best. She loves to dance and sing with her friends on the weekend; and also loves to cook and watch movies.

Sonja loves her adopted parents but still misses her cousins and friends. For weeks, she has been asking to fly and visit them. She even sold snow cones over the summer to help pay for her ticket. Now, all she wants is a set of luggage to pack her clothes in. She would be thrilled to have her own luggage for the trip to see her family, whom she hasn’t seen in a few years.
