Hugo is a happy and outgoing teen, he is currently in foster care. Hugo enjoys spending time with his two younger sisters, playing football, listening to music, loves animals and likes doing outdoor activities. Hugo's new hobby is learning how to play instruments and would love to learn how to play the accordion.
