Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter would like new clothes, something simple but meaningful that can help him feel more confident, comfortable, and proud of himself. Having clothes that fit well and reflect his personality would be a big step toward helping him rebuild his self-esteem. It will not only provide him with everyday essentials but also help him see himself in a new light, capable, valued, and deserving of good things.
