Jada is adventurous and intelligent! She has a passion for plants and anything green. Although she can be reserved and quiet at times, she sometimes experiences bursts of energy that make her the life of the party. Jada’s personality is truly remarkable, and everyone loves her! When Jada was 11 years old, she and her sisters were placed in care by their adoptive family. Now that she has aged out of the foster care system, Jada is living in a home for young women who have transitioned out of care. Here, she is learning the skills necessary for independent living.

Jada is experiencing significant stress due to the government shutdown. She and her 8-month-old baby are at risk of not having enough food to eat, as her food stamps have been abruptly cut off. Please help Jada obtain the basic necessity of food this month!
