Strengthening Families IncMikiyah is the sweetest girl anyone can meet. She loves Barbie dolls and meeting new friends. She loves reading out loud. Now that her family is back together after being separated for a while and put into foster care, she reads her little brother's bedtime stories. Mikiyah also stutters and lets everyone know that one day she will grow out of it, and reading out loud will help her with her stuttering,
Mikiyah loves being back home and reunited with her mom and brother. She has been sharing a bed with her brother but is getting older and has asked for her own bed. She doesn't mind sharing the same room but has outgrown being in the same bed with him. She has been making a pallet on the floor and its very uncomfortable. A twin bed would fit perfectly with room to spare, and they both will be able to enjoy the comfort of their own bed.
