Kyra recently moved into an apartment and is finally able to prioritize her career, mental health and physical health.
Kyra has recently secured stable housing after spending years couch surfing and sleeping in her car. She is adjusting well to her new situation and is actively searching for employment. However, she relies on SNAP benefits, and the impending government shutdown puts her at risk of food insecurity. Receiving support during this critical time would significantly ease Kyra's burden as she continues to settle into her new home and pursue her goals for the future.
