Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter has shown significant improvement recently and continues to work hard every day. Although he has struggled in the past with cutting classes and not submitting assignments or homework, he is now making positive changes and putting more effort into staying on track. A snack box would be a fun and rewarding way for him to enjoy healthy treats while celebrating his accomplishments.
