Children, Youth and Families DepartmentEvelyn is in foster care and is currently separated from her siblings, which can be challenging for her. Unfortunately, she has limited opportunities to visit her family. Despite the trauma she has experienced in her young life, Evelyn does not let it prevent her from enjoying her childhood. She loves stuffed animals, playing outside, and doing crafts. She enjoys spending time with her foster family and participating in various activities.
Evelyn is eager to get some new books to use with her LeapFrog pen. She has been struggling in school, and the school hopes that exposing her to more books and reading at home will help her get back on track.
