Ersha is a very ambitious young lady in care. She does not give up, even when all doors seem to be closing. Her goal is to be employed. Despite all the setbacks, she keeps pushing forward.

Ersha has been facing many challenges since she became independent. She has a son with ADHD, and she finds it difficult to balance work and taking care of him. Recently, she has started exercising more during her free time. Walking helps her relieve the stress she is under. She would really appreciate a tracksuit for Christmas to wear during her long walks.
